B2B Operations Notice: Fresh Pet Nutrition acts exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) vendor. We do not provide direct consumer-to-retail sales, direct-to-home consumer packages, or point-of-sale customer services. 3. Wholesale Quotations, Orders, and Pricing
Commercial Quotations: All wholesale figures, packaging configurations, and distribution quotes provided through this platform remain exploratory and non-binding unless solidified in an executed Master Supply Contract.
Currency Standards: Unless explicitly noted otherwise on transaction summaries, all pricing matrix details and invoicing settlements are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Taxation Liabilities: Corporate buyers are exclusively responsible for all regional customs clearances, local import tariffs, import declarations, and local value-added or Goods and Services Taxes (GST) mandated by destination ports across Southeast Asia.

Shipping, Logistics, and Risk Transfer Because our operations serve dynamic, cross-border Southeast Asian distribution networks, shipping responsibilities, marine logistics, and risk mitigation profiles are structured explicitly around Incoterms 2020 frameworks (e.g., FOB Singapore, CIF, or EXW) detailed directly in your purchase order contract. Risk of product damage, ingredient spoilage, or shipment delay transfers to the corporate buyer in precise accordance with the agreed Incoterm parameter.
5. Intellectual Property Protections The name "Fresh Pet Nutrition", our logos, special corporate mottos, digital trade dressings, custom nutritional matrix layouts, and copy are the absolute intellectual property of Fresh Pet Nutrition Pte. Ltd. No distributor, partner, or digital visitor is granted an automatic license to rebrand, duplicate, display, or exploit our trademark designs or formulation schemas without obtaining an explicit, written IP Authorization Certificate from our corporate leadership group.
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law, Fresh Pet Nutrition Pte. Ltd. shall not be held accountable for any indirect, peripheral, special, punitive, or consequential corporate damages. This includes, without limitation, direct loss of business revenue, distribution pipeline disruptions, commercial reputational injury, or procurement downtime linked to website unavailability, shipping holdups, or third-party logistics failures.
7. Mutual Indemnification Corporate partners agree to indemnify, defend, and shield Fresh Pet Nutrition Pte. Ltd. and its corporate directors, logistical staff, and processing managers against any third-party claims, legal losses, damages, or financial settlements resulting from your company’s breach of these online terms, misuse of shipped ingredients, or unauthorized alteration of original product labels.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These website Terms and Conditions and all overarching commercial connections are governed entirely by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any commercial disagreement, operational claim, or structural dispute arising from or connected to website use or corporate purchasing activities shall first be addressed through good-faith executive conversations. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be definitively referred to and resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in force at that time.
